Appointments outside of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (normal office hours) and bank holidays attract an out of hours premiuim of £25
If the issue remains unressolved, youre phone support fee will be refunded.
If we are able to provide you with a local alarm engineer, you will be provided the details including cost.
You must have the engineers code in order to use this service.
It is recommended that only competent people install and maintain Security systems.
