Installation Warranty & All Inclusive Contracts
All products that we supply and install come with a 12 month warranty includes parts and labour, unless otherwise stated on your invoice/receipt. You can upgrade to the all inclusive contract for peace of mind.
Warranty Includes:-
Parts and labour.
Only parts supplied and installed by Secure I AM are covered
Excluding items damaged by water, lightening, mains electrical fault or damage arising from being struck, pulled, dropped or painted.
Excludes battery replacements, except where battery or the device installed may be faulty and permature battery failure has occured.
All Inclusive Includes:-
Parts and labour.
Only parts supplied and installed by Secure I AM are covered
Device and Panel Batteries during the term
Device batteries every 2 years and panel battery every 5 years in accordnace with the schedule
Faulty batteries or devices will be replaced if nescesasary during the term.
1 x Annual service visit.
3 x non charge call out.

Payments must be up to date at all times*.
Any price increases will be given 12 months in advance and no price increases for at least the first 2 years.
Each system is unique, all inclusive price options will be given during quotation. 10% discount applies to all plans paid in full within 10 working days of installation complete.
*Should a payment be missed we will contact you to try and ressolve the issue before any action is taken. If it remains unressolved after contact or we are unable to contact you the contract will be ended.
